I'm an author, speaker, creative professional, and thought leader in creative problem-solving.
As a founding partner of SmartStorming, an NYC-based consulting and training company, I've helped thousands of creative professionals at leading companies such as Google, Under Armour, NBCUniversal, Capital One, and Spotify become more confident, effective, and productive creative problem-solvers.
I'm a graduate of the Rhode Island School of Design, a former member of the RISD Board of Trustees, and a certified NLP Coach Practitioner.

I'm a Detroit-born native who grew up in a creative family filled with painters, musicians, and even a Poet Laureate.
